XP Pen Star G640 - $30 It's pretty small, the drawing area is only 6 inches by 4" but is has good pen pressure and reviews over on Amazon Display Tablets It doesn't have as many levels of pressure as the XP-Pen in this same price range but it does have shortcut keys. Huion H420 - $30 Huion is becoming a pretty reliable brand name and this is their most inexpensive drawing tablet. Wacom Intuos Small - $80 This is definitely more expensive than the alternatives as Wacom almost always is but you are getting their brand name and quality as well.
